County Cricket

I went into the county ground in Taunton to watch Somerset v Nottinghamshire on Monday afternoon, it was the second day of a four day county championship match. The game concluded today with a win for Somerset by 2 wickets.

The new stand was having work done on it as the cricket was being play. This new devlopment has taken the place of the Old Pavilion, built back in 1881.

Greg Smith walking off to the pavilion, bowled by Jim Allenby. The bail on the ground behind the wicket.
